Nice to meet you!

Great writing isn't just about technique—it's about honesty and authenticity and, perhaps most importantly, creating work that matters.

The human relationship with our environment matters, as do the interconnected relationships across ecosystems. Earth is our home– and we all have a shared right to a clean, healthy, and stable abode.

My interest in climate science and our planetary system was born from childhood spent largely outdoors in nature, including walks in the rain. From the simple enjoyment of rhythmic pitter-patter on my umbrella to a deep realization that the desert rains– and water in general– are essential for life, I’m no stranger to the importance of the wild world around me.

And so began my lifelong education– both formal and informal– about the natural world and our place in it. My undergraduate work gave me a foundation in geography, geology, environmental science, international relations, and writing. That interdisciplinary background taught me to see connections others might miss—and to translate complex ideas across different domains.

I've lived and worked across three continents—North America, Europe, and Latin America—teaching languages, writing for international publications, and developing a deep appreciation for cultural nuance. Developing my global perspective upheld my view that how we communicate matters as much as what we communicate.

Now based in Switzerland (with full Swiss, EU, and US work permissions), I'm positioned at the crossroads of European and international markets. I’m proficient in three languages, and am uniquely situated in one of the world's most environmentally progressive regions.
